PAUL S. KUBE

For over twenty years, Paul S. Kube’s practice is devoted to vigorously representing clients in civil litigation.

One trial court judge stated in written conclusions that Mr. Kube and his client:

“… demonstrated unflagging tenacity in their pursuit to obtain justice in this hard fought, factually and legally complex case.”

Deep Water Brewing, LLC v. Fairway Res. Ltd., 152 Wn.App. 229, 228-229, 215 P.3d 990, 1018 (2009)(quoting findings from the Chelan County Superior Court).

Mr. Kube has tried numerous cases to completion including jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations.  For example, in June of 2017, Mr. Kube was lead trial counsel against Confluence Health for failure to accommodate a disability and discrimination against the employee as a result of her medical condition.  The jury awarded $100,000 in “economic” damages and $150,000 in “non-economic” damages.  The case resolved following the jury trial with the additional payment of the plaintiff’s attorneys’ fees and costs.

Other results from Mr. Kube’s representation of individuals injured in employment cases, class actions, personal injury and wrongful death matters have resulted in numerous million and multi-million dollar resolutions for his clients, the largest to date: $3.4 million.

While an Equity Partner at Ogden Murphy Wallace P.L.L.C., Mr. Kube represented numerous clients on both sides of civil litigation involving employment law claims.  That representation included routinely handling civil litigation at the request of insurance companies and corporations of all sizes, including national corporate chains.

Mr. Kube finds the most satisfaction in his legal practice through helping individuals harmed by the wrongful, discriminatory, negligent or reckless actions of others.  So, in May of 2016, Mr. Kube moved his practice to Lacy Kane & Kube, P.S. to focus on the plaintiffs= side of civil litigation.

In his free time, Mr. Kube loves spending his time with his wife, teenage son, skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, sailing and playing guitar.
